NEW Watercolor Pans $5 Shipping Rate
We now offer $5 Flat-Rate Shipping when you order any amount of watercolor pans only; just pans, not WC sets or empty WC boxes. This is a cost-effective way to replenish your watercolor pans without paying for high shipping fees.
* Our website does not offer this shipping rate. Please proceed with flat-rate shipping and we will refund you the cost difference when processing your order.
Request a “Quote’ rather than paying for an order if you prefer to know the exact shipping costs before we process your order. Otherwise, we will ship your order as soon as possible. You will always receive a tracking number and copy of your invoice when your order is on the way to you!
Shipping Carriers
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS anywhere in the United States and Canada using the fastest delivery option contingent with the weight of the package, destination, and paid shipping rate. If your shipping address cannot accept one of our shipping carriers, please let us know in the message box located in the shipping address confirmation page when you checkout.
We do not partner with Fedex or other shipping carriers. If you must request Fedex as the shipping carrier, please understand there is an additional delay in shipping out your order and we can only ship using your Fedex account at your risk.
* Under very rare circumstances, we reserve the right to deny flat-rate shipping. You will be notified prior to completing your order if flat-rate shipping is not applicable.
You will always receive an email with a .pdf copy of your paid invoice, shipment tracking number, and a list of any backordered items as soon as your order is on the way to you. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find this email.

Products Not-in-Stock - Backorder Policy
We do not represent live inventory on our website. Due to the nature of importing and acquiring rare and historical raw art materials, not all products in our catalog are readily available. Your order will ship right away if at least 50% of your order is in stock. Any products not in stock will be backordered, in most cases, at our discretion. Backordered items usually take within 3-5 weeks to become available. (Current as of March 25, 2021).
If your order is missing more than 50% of the requested products, we will notify you very soon with an estimated time of availability and delivery.
We are always glad to hear from you. Do not hesitate to contact us about the status of your backorder.
Returns
Refunds back to your payment method are not accepted. Returns are allowed for store-credit only. No returns whatsoever are accepted on books or gold & silver leaf. Returns of unused items must be made within 30 days of receiving your package per the tracking number, or 30 days from the invoice date if purchased in-store. All returns shipped freight-collect will be refused. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Kremer Pigments Inc. will not accept returns on Kremer Pigments Inc. products, which were purchased through other retailers or distributors.
If you are returning by mail, please include a copy of your invoice and a note stating the reason for return and send returns safely packed to our address.

Claims
We take great care in processing your order and packing your shipment so it arrives safely and in perfect condition. However, if you feel you received a product in error, or in poor condition, please let us know immediately by email within 30 days of receiving your package, as stated by the tracking number. We cannot accept claims made past 30 days of receiving your package under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to make sure you open the box and make sure you received the correct order in good condition within these 30 days.
For purchases made in-store, we reserve the right to refuse any claim made once you leave the store. Please make sure you received the correct items purchased before leaving our store.

Please check your box carefully, removing all material in the box if you think you are missing an ordered product. We use recyclable paper to cushion and firmly tuck the contents for protection in transit. Our customers sometimes discover smaller products folded in the crevices of this paper. The packing list included in every shipment contains a handwritten check-marked list of what is included your shipment along with initials of the employee who packed your order. Refer to this packing list for any items that may have been automatically backordered. Backorders are listed under ‘Special Orders’ on your invoice.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Please note that designated HazMat products can only be shipped within the contiguous United States via UPS and UPS ground to Canada.
Some products designated HazMat might incur additional fees when the quantity surpasses a certain limit. Please contact us for further details. Otherwise, we will ship via the lowest shipping cost possible.
